Delivery is made by Royal Mail or a registered courier company. At present, we are only able to accept orders from within UK. For orders outside of this area, please contact us. All items remain the property of Goch & Company until payment is processed. Items are delivered within 3-5 working days of order. Postage charges apply - all orders are charged at delivery charges applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any order, without notice. Due to the nature of our products, all products offered are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. If your order cannot be fulfilled, then we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
As we use a third-party payment processor, we cannot be held liable for any loss of financial information. We will never share, rent or sell your personal details with any third party. Claims for damage, mis-shipping, dissatisfaction should be made within 24 hours. If you make more than 2 claims, we have the right to refuse to sell items to you in the future. You are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of any returned items.

Returns & Refund Policy
Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours.
If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value, less up to a 20% handling charge. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale.
